Ingredients

large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced into large chunks

chunky, unsalted almond butter

lime juice

lime zest

low fat yogurt

ice water

honey
generous pinch of salt
pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
dash of almond essence (optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Chill and serve.
