Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced into large chunks
  • 2 tbsp chunky, unsalted almond butter
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • generous pinch of salt
  • pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
  • dash of almond essence (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Chill and serve.
