Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced into large chunks
- 2 tbsp chunky, unsalted almond butter
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 3 tbsp honey
- generous pinch of salt
- pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
- dash of almond essence (optional)

Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Chill and serve.
